Lindsey Cline has long been obsessed with musical theatre and playful, creative movement.  From living room performances of Dirty Dancing and West Side Story, to getting stuck in a tree (last week), Lindsey loves to sing, dance, move, and explore!

Lindsey grew up in eastern NC with her two wonderful parents, and her two goofy cats.  She participated in the theatre programs of her public middle and high schools and attended NC Governor’s School for theatre before earning her BFA in Musical Theatre from Western Carolina University.

While working with regional and touring children’s theatre productions, Lindsey discovered her love of education and working with students.  She has worked with children all over the country as a teaching artist/director with Missoula Children’s Theatre, The Old Creamery Theatre Company, and Mainstages, and with thousands of students in the NYC metro area as an Education Specialist at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum.

Lindsey is currently a teaching artist/mentor and performer with EPIC Players, a nonprofit, neuro-diverse theatre company dedicated to providing theatre training and performance opportunities for folks with developmental disabilities.  Look for her in EPIC’s devised performance piece this summer!  Lindsey is also pursuing her MA in Educational Theatre with teacher licensure PreK-12 at Adelphi University.

Lindsey and her husband, Beau, have recently moved to beautiful Salt Lake City, UT from NYC!  In her free time, Lindsey loves to play tennis, read YA novels, and play with her neighbors’ dogs.
